With the uncertainty of world events, erratic stock market fluctuations, sustained unemployment, and political changes, it is difficult for individuals to make decisions that will affect their future. Please click our Appointment Policy, to review our Covid-19 in-person office policy. Everyone should submit all your tax documents along with the signed Engagement Letter, the completed Client Information Sheet, a clear copy of the front and back of your driver’s license and your spouse’s driver’s license (required every year) and a copy of a voided check (required every year) if you are expecting a refund, by using one of our convenient channels: the SecurePro Portal, Email, US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, fax at 516.822.6704, or simply drop off all your tax documents. If you choose to mail, Fed Ex, UPS, fax or drop off documents, it is imperative that you complete all internal documents and include a phone number and e-mail address so we may contact you should a question arise.
Please be aware that all clients who sell stock are responsible for supplying us with the cost basis. In prior years, many clients received IRS correspondence with inaccurate stock sales.
We request payment upon completion. Once your tax returns are complete – E-file Signature pages are signed and returned to us with payment (we accept most major debit and credit cards) – our office will E-file your tax returns with the IRS and State (if needed). Please note: you are responsible to pay the IRS or state if monies are owed.
